We offer a variety of playful and engaging services for children’s development and to enhance their skills.
Packages and Subscriptions Policies and Terms:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!
- All monthly subscriptions renew automatically for 1-month term until cancelled.
- Unused classes or sessions DO NOT roll over to the next month.
- 2 FREE Open Play guest sessions every month for members with monthly subscription.
- One free Open Play hour with monthly subscription.
- Initial FREE INFORMAL SCREENING for developmental milestones, included with a purchase of Adventure Seeker, Creative Crafters, and Handwriting class subscriptions.
- All class packages expire after six months of the initial purchase date.
- 10% sibling discount.
- REFUNDS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!
- Purchases may be exchanged for another class at the same price if the class or session is available. All exchanges may be possible at the sole discretion of Get Ready Kids Occupational Therapy, P.C.
- All subscriptions and packages purchases are NON-refundable and NON-transferable!!!
- Reserving a class: You must register for a class at least 12 hours before the start time, to reserve a spot.
- Make-ups:
- A class canceled at least 24 hours in advance will qualify for a make-up session.
- You have 30 days from the date of the canceled class to complete make-up classes, depending on the class availability.
- NO MAKE-UPS FOR NO-SHOW/MISSED CLASSES (any class for which the child has been registered that was not canceled at least 24 hours in advance is considered a missed class).
- Lateness: Children will not be allowed to join a class if they are more than 5 minutes late to the class they are registered for. This class will be considered a NO-SHOW/MISSED CLASS.
- Sickness/Illness: Children who are unwell or exhibit symptom such as frequent sneezing, coughing, nausea, or vomiting will not be permitted to attend class. This policy is in place to ensure their safety and the safety of their peers.
- Freeze your packages/subscriptions: Going away or unable to attend your classes due to health or medical issues. We can freeze your membership for up to 30 days. Please send an email to [email protected] with the start and end dates of the time period you will not be able to attend.
- Cancelation: You must contact GET READY KIDS OCCUPATIONSL THERAPY, P.C. via email [email protected] to request to cancel your membership in writing. We require 30-day notice to cancel your membership. If your payment falls during the 30-day period, your final payment will still process in full. You may attend your classes until the end of that payment period.
